With the goal to generate “World class services” for all citizens and elevate the standard of customer services on a global scale, we have created a roadmap for all private and public sector entities to follow.

This roadmap, namely the Global Star Rating System for Services reflects the highest levels of services and facility assessment in the industry worldwide. It inherently drives one consistent customer experience across all service delivery channels.

WHO CAN USE IT?

The Global Star Rating System for Services is addressed to both public and private sector and targets the organizational units that focus on both customer experience and operational efficiency.

WHERE CAN IT BE USED?

Along with the currently operated customer happiness centers, the newly launched call centers, digital channels and smart, shared and outsourced service centers have been added to the service development guide. i.e. the Global Star Rating System for Services can now be applied across these delivery channels as well to ensure one true and consistent customer experience across the board.

HOW TO BENEFIT FROM THE SYSTEM?

The Global Star Rating System for Services is based on 8 main criteria and consists of more than 315 questions to assess standards based on 4 different maturity levels. The assessment culminates to a total score, which corresponds to the number of stars.
